My way to relax is to put some of my favourite music on and to sit in the dark with my eyes closed thinking about my favourite place. The music sounds better than my boyfriend as backround noise and I get a few minutes to myself! |

To relax, I have a nice, warm bath , put on my pjs, switch the telly on and read mags, like Take a Break or Chat, as an alternative I watch the telly with relaxing music on in the background, to calm and destress me!!!!!!! |

I'm a fairly relaxed person anyway but when I need to really unwind I simply switch the telly off and listen to Radio 2 with chocolate digestive and mug of coffee. |

My idea of relaxing. I put on clean & fresh bedding, Fridays, after tea I apply a mud face pack, shave my legs & armpits in the shower, wash my body & wash & condion my hair, exfoliate, moisturise, with Mande Lular Body Souffle, it smells divine. Do a quick pedicure & paint my toenails, pluck a few stray brows while listening to the Ocean Waves on my bedside sound machine. Then get into bed early & watch tv with a glass of my fave wine & eat chocolate watching my fave programmes, I apply my fake tan the day after & maybe change my shade of hair colour. Then i feel very special, look & feel great after plenty of sleep, I'm ready for anything, on Sat a.m. I then choose my fave outfit, apply whatever makeup, jewellery, perfume & go shopping on the markets, swap-paperbacks bookstalls, I exchange the ones I've read & swap them for the latest, seconhand thrillers, stroll round the shops, lunch with a mate, & browse for fab trinkets at charity shop! s,then home for a lie down before ordering a sat! night takeaway a glass or 2 of my fave wine. Then watch a dvd with hubby & my 2 dogs George & Sydney! BLISS! Sundays a.m. a nice long walk on the fells with the dogs & hubby & home for Breakfast. Usually scrambled eggs on toast, Gorden Ramsey style, Delicious. BLISS,x |

I use tumble dryer sheets in between my nightie and sheet drawers. A lovely warm bath then slipping between the sheets wearing the sweet fragranced nightie is wonderful. |

I find getting out in my garden relaxes me. I have a bird bath and bird table and to see the blackbirds, blue tits and sparrows enjoying the titbits i put out for them, especially on a cold frosty morning.
Lovely! |

I like to play Barbara Streisand at those times when I crave some 'me time'. The room automatically

At times when I feel a bit stressed, I wear a comfort blanket in the form of my oversized woolly jumper. Warming this on a radiator or briefly in the dryer only increases the toasty feeling I get when I put this over my head and curl up for five minutes. |
